TOM RICHARDSON
Co-Founder / Director
Tom has been a factual Producer/Director for over 15 years. His passions are history and travel. As part of the BBC's WW1 centenary Tom Series Directed Railways of the Great War with Michael Portillo. In 2015 he directed Great American Railroad Journeys and Terry and Mason’s Great Food Trip, Sir Terry Wogan's final series. He has worked on titles including Escape to the Country, 10 Years Younger & Great British Railway Journeys.
JENNY COLE
Co-Founder / Director
Jenny is an experienced and respected Executive and Series Producer of factual programmes. Among her many credits, Jenny has Executive Produced Britain’s Flying Past and The Red Arrows - Inside the Bubble for the BBC and Series Produced Britain’s Ultimate Pilots and Inside the RAF. Jenny has been behind popular travel titles Holiday for the BBC and Wish You Were Here...Now and Then for ITV.
SARAH FAULDS

Sarah has worked in the development teams of some of the UK’s leading Indies, including Dragonfly, Blast! Films and Twenty Twenty. She has created and produced documentaries and factual series for the BBC, ITV, C4, Channel 5, Nat Geo & Discovery. Sarah is passionate about discovering exciting new talent, developing thought provoking documentaries and creating ambitious new formats.
Lee Salisbury
Series Producer/Director
Lee has worked in TV for over 20 years and has directed some of television's biggest shows including Coronation Street and Eastenders. Last year he Series Produced Work On The Wild Side in South Africa and Britain’s Most Expensive Homes for Channel 4 peak, and a brand new BBC gardening show with Dairmuid Gavin.
Lucy Joyner

Lucy has vast experience producing travel and history programmes across the globe as well as food and obs doc titles. She has a passion for bringing the well known and less familiar aspects of our world and our past to the screen.
